When my garage door spring broke at night, I searched local garage door companies and called them up for repair. The owner said that he would be out 1st thing in the morning to evaluate and repair. True to his word, he was at my house at 8am. Satisfied the 1st time with service and pricing, I didn't shop around when I needed a new opener installed. I called Kyle and he gave me different options and pricing, as well as recommended a bigger unit with a DC motor since I have a heavier insulated door. Agreed over the phone and said he would be over to install at 8am.
